Thomas Harder is a recognized expert in municipal well design and construction. He has developed and implemented effective designs and managed the construction for more than 100 successful large-diameter, high-capacity municipal water wells in California and Mexico.
Municipal well design, construction management, and testing are a day-to-day part of our work at TH & Co. Mr. Harder is supported by a staff of eight professional geoscientists with extensive experience in field observation of municipal well drilling, construction, development and testing.
